2025 Orders Updates

We closed our shoppe for December, January, and most of February while we did our best to catch up on older regular orders, and we made a lot of progress! Here are the stats, and you’ll be able to find updates on these on our shipping & updates page.

2025 Box Updates

We are primarily focused on working on wrapping up regular orders, so we’ve put box sales and shipments on hold for the time being, but we’re still creating and working on designs and items behind the scenes, so there isn’t any hold up when we begin shipping again. 

Since it’s been an absurdly long time since some of these boxes go on sale, we will be providing a form for everyone to either update their address or request a refund as we work through each box.

The first box we’ll be sending out the form for is the Ghibli Cafe box, and we’ll be sending an email directly to everyone who purchased one with the link to the form and a sneak preview of a cool item from the box, so you can hopefully remember why you were so excited to buy it in the first place.

We’ll repeat this process for each box until we’re caught up with boxes or caught up with emails whichever comes first.

2026 Reopening

We’ve reopened the shoppe with a very limited quantity of everything, and we won’t be restocking any tea products until we’ve shipped what’s already sold, so until we’re caught up, you’ll likely see a very strange combination of items in the store.

This is our way of keeping the lights on, but making sure all orders are current with our 7-10 business day ship time. We are currently doing inventory of other items in the store—coasters, mugs, etc—so they’ll be making an appearance again soon.

Updated FAQs

We will be updating our FAQs soon with all of the information and anecdotes about why our 2025 was so disastrous, and hopefully it will give better insight as to what happened, why we’re so quiet, and what we’re doing to address things moving forward. We’ll send another email when these are updated.
