Welcome to Riddle's Tea Shoppe! We understand how important it is for you to receive your orders in a timely manner, and we want to keep you informed with updates and information. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth and delightful experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep.

 

Current Fulfillment Status - September 2024:

Fulfillment from our Maryland fulfillment center is currently 7-10 business days. 

Full Moon orders (placed 9/17-9/18) require extra time to process.

 

Mystery Boxes require 1-2 extra days to process.

Updates

  • 9/30 - Our last piece to go in the box is scheduled to arrive around 10/07, but they’re usually much quicker! 🤞 We have everything else ready to go! 🥹🙌 I don’t want to be too excited to only be a week or so late, but it feels kind of nice to be close! Thanks friends!
  • 9/24 - We're waiting on a couple of items to arrive, but everything looks great so far! :) 
  • 9/6 - We're on track to ship in September! We'll update as we get closer to shipping!

      A Note on Curated Boxes & Box Delays:

       

      At Riddle's Tea Shoppe, we understand that waiting for your order can be frustrating, especially when it comes to box delays. We want to give some insight as to why these delays frequently occur.

      Box delays can happen for various reasons, and they're often beyond our control. One common reason for box delays is the custom nature of our products. Each item is carefully crafted and packaged to ensure the highest quality. As artists and designers, we will not ship items that do not meet our standards, and this may cause delays if we have to have something reprinted/manufactured again. This attention to detail takes time, but we believe it's worth it to provide you with the best experience possible.

      In addition to the custom nature of our products, box delays can also occur due to manufacturer or printer delays. Sometimes, our suppliers may experience unexpected challenges or delays in producing materials and products that go into our box. While we work closely with our manufacturers to minimize these delays, they can still occur from time to time.

      We understand that waiting for your order can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by box delays. We want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to minimize these delays and provide you with the best possible service.
