We wanted to send another email before the month was over to say hello and give some updates. Thank you for all of the responses to our last email—supportive, constructive, and emotional responses were all read and appreciated. Our email inbox is a mess that we haven't been able to tackle yet but hopefully soon!

10 Years!
We would normally post a cute photo of a cupcake to celebrate our birthday, but it's probably more important to let you know that we have made it to ten years only with your love and support.
We've been doing this for a decade now, and while this year has shown how fallible we are, we hope that ten years—going into eleven—is our redemption arc.
Thank you all for ten years of magic, y'all. We love you so much.
(Seriously, though, a decade? Wow!)

Shipping & Updates
1. We've been working on and shipping regular orders from July, August, September, and October. We are working OLDEST to NEWEST *and* NEWEST to OLDEST. So that means our oldest AND newest orders are shipping at the same time.
2. We are so relieved and excited for the reception to the Alice in Wonderland box. It was truly a labor of love, and it took so, so long because we wanted all of the art to be perfect. Thank you for all of your positive feedback (and as always, your immense patience.)
3. Ghibli Cafe is almost ready, and it's so, so cute! We'll announce when we're about to ship, so we can field any requests we have missed (address changes/refund).
4. Witching Days & Tea Festival orders are shipping—we're late but we're committed! The teas are delicious, the vibes are immaculate.
